Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy is a therapeutic modality that uses intentional sound frequencies and rhythmic resonance to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and deep relaxation. Instruments may include singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, or other sound tools selected to create sustained, calming auditory input.

Sound-based interventions are known to support parasympathetic nervous system activation, promote relaxation responses, and assist in shifting patterns of chronic stress or tension. Sessions are structured to help the body move out of heightened sympathetic arousal and into a more regulated, restorative state.

Sound Therapy is commonly integrated into holistic and integrative care settings as a supportive modality for stress management, emotional grounding, and mind body integration. It is non-invasive and experiential, and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.
